Consistent overlap every time
Tighter, higher-quality insulation wraps. These machines eliminate the inconsistency and inaccuracy that result when manually taping coils.
Controlled Tape Tension and Overlap
Results in consistent wraps and higher insulation quality. On some jobs these technologically advanced machines can produce a tape wrap so perfect that extra tape insulation layers can be added to coils.
Recipe-Driven Computer Controlled Taping
With the ability to store set-up data for many different coil sizes and types, the SA Model Taping machines can be quickly set up. Leg taping lengths can be programmed for each layer of insulation and the overlap can be changed at different parts of the coil.
